Brittany Morse - Owner/Broker/Property Manager
Brittany Morse is one of Las Vegas’ top experts in the sales and leasing of high-rise condominiums. Before starting The TwentyTwo Group, Brittany was Broker of Sales for the Allure Las Vegas Condominiums, a 427 unit project by developer Fifield Companies located near the Las Vegas Strip, and she successfully closed out the building in 2012. Before her involvement at Allure, Brittany was a multifamily specialist for Mark L. Fine & Associates and later for Northcap Commercial. In 2007 and 2008, Brittany closed more than $200 million in apartment transactions.
Today, Brittany is one of the largest managers of high-rise condominium units around the Las Vegas Strip. She prides herself in her market expertise and exceptional customer service. She values her clients’ investments as if they are her own.
Brittany is a fourth generation Las Vegan and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
